I came here because the reviews were good and I needed help asap(my car had broken down and showed a bunch of codes) plus they said they could get my car done by the end of the day. What should have been a simple $200 fix was $400 worth of BS with a quoted $800 for the real fix!! All I needed, which I didnt know at the time, was my start/stop battery replaced. The battery itself around $150 + their $100 service fee. Prideing themselves on giving the customer a choice is just a scam! I was told it would be between two options: 1. $400 to charge the battery Or 2. $800 to replace the battery Obviously Im gonna pick what I thought was the cheaper option. After two days the codes popped up again and my car ran weird. Took it to a real mechanic where he let me be apart of the whole process and showed me on his scanner where it said replace battery not even charge battery. We went on his computer order the battery for less than $150 + $75 service fee and 45 minuets later he had gotten the part and replaced it. My car immediately drove better. If they have the same scanner they knowingly charged me double for something they knew would break and Id have to come back and they could charge me 4x more. This is worse than a scam and should be criminal.
