Client towed vehicle for no start issue. Tech found front *** disassemble and apart. Tech hooked up the *** and pulled codes for multiple fault codes with can network. Tech recommends replacing front *** to start with. After client authorized to replace front ***, tech replaced the *** and now has power to crank vehicle. Vehicle now turns over but will not start. Tech recommends removal of valve covers to verify camshaft position and timing chain condition. client approved additional diagnoses. After further inspection tech verified engine needs replacement. estimate provided to client which took him over two months to make a decision on the repairs. client declined repairs on March 8th, 2024, we have given the client ample time to make a decision and pick up his vehicle. Client has until March 26th, 2024, to pay his bill and pick up vehicle. If not, vehicle will be towed to Absolute Recovery at owner's expense.
