    In late December, my wife and I went to buy a car from Parks ***** in Charlotte. We had been in contact with the dealership prior to the official visit via phone and text. **** we arrived, we were told the car was currently being used by the GMs daughter. Online, the car was listed at ****** miles. **** we ended up buying the car later that day, the official mileage was ****** and no one in the dealership changed this in the paperwork. There are a few issues with the experience beyond the missed mileage. They are listed below:- The used car buyer was very rude and unprofessional. We reported this to the *** - The sales agent said he was going to get the oil changed In the car before he gave it to us. The next week when I took the car to *********** in ************, the service manager noted that the oil hadnt been changed in a while. **** calling ******, the service manager at Parks ***** Charlotte, he too agreed that the oil was never changed and had no record of this. - The car had a Certified Inspection Report and it noted that the front tires passed this inspection. We took the car to Parks ***** in ************ a week after we bought the car due to sliding on wet streets and the tires were measured at 2/32; well below certification. The service manager and used car manager at Parks ***** Charlotte said wed be reimbursed for two tires - I have proof via email and text and still havent received acknowledgment that reimbursement for two tires is happening.

    I went to Parks Chevrolet on 2/24/2023 to drop off the requested information to cancel the warranty I had on a vehicle that I had purchased from them in September 2022. The person in Finance who handled my account wasnt in and an associate of his took the paperwork stating he would fill out the portion he could, send me a copy via email and give it to his colleague when he returns.I called on 3/1/2023 asked for the associate I saw on that Friday since I didnt receive the email and he apologized and Ccd me on the email he sent to the associate in Finance.On 4/5/2023, I havent heard anything from Parks Chevrolet so I called GM customer service told them my situation and they informed me that the warranty was through a third party and to contact them. I got the information off the flash drive Parks Chevrolet gave me, called the company the warranty is covered under and was told that warranty was still in effect and that Parks Chevrolet hasnt submitted a cancellation for the warranty and they are the only ones who can.I called Parks Chevrolet on the same day asked for colleague again and was told hes on vacation.This is unacceptable!
