Complaint: My number is registered on National/Mississippi "do not call" list. company would not provide info such as phone number or last name of agent or sup.
see above

Initial Business Response
Our firm only calls known registered voters and members, we scrub against all National Do Not Call lists as policy. Because the government is shut down that system is not available and the states do not provide the their lists to companies or list compilers so it is almost impossible to know for sure if some one is on a state list. Our policy is to never call anyone who does not want to hear about our association and to immediately remove any one that says to do so.We will remove Mr xxxxx number immediately from our system.

Complaint Resolution: Company resolved the complaint issues. The consumer acknowledged acceptance to BBB.

Additional Notes

Complaint: The National Association of Conservative SEniors is spam calling my telephone number, even though my number is registered on the National Do Not Call registry and even though I am a long, long way from being a senior. I have received 16 phone calls from them in a time period of less than three hours (today), and eight- to ten phone calls Friday evening (6pm-9pm). They tell me they are taking my phone number off of their list, but I keep receiving spam calls.

Business' Initial Response
It is our policy to not call anyone that does not want to be called and as a policy we scrub all lists against the National Do Not Call Lists. Because this complaint does not have a phone number attached with it, we cannot confirm the number is in our system, however I have had both of our call centers research and remove Ms. ****** from our data as best we can.

Our organization offers a free membership to those that are interested so there is no selling involved and we definitely do not want to offend anyone so please convey our apology

Complaint Resolution: Company resolved the complaint issues. The consumer acknowledged acceptance to BBB.
