            I purchased a condo in Carmel ******* in October 2021 and have paid *************** consistently since the purchase. The property management company hired by the *** is Greenway Realty. Beginning in early October 2023 I alerted Greenway of a leak in the unit, reported by the tenant. They asked me to have a plumber and leak detector go out to service the unit. Initially, I was told the water heater was the issue, so I replaced it and the flooding continued every few days. Greenway did not share any of the reports from he contractors with me as they said they are proprietary information. They let me know that the *** Board voted against the estimates/reccomendations from the vendors so I had to file an insurance claim. Insurance ripped up the floors and removed 1 vanity, handled remediation, and provided funds for me to put new floors in. I am waiting to do so as the flooding continues. On Jan. 7 a plumber and a remidiation team both came to the unit after more flooding (other flooding occurred around Sept 23, Oct 6, Oct 14, Dec 9, Jan 7). Both companies said Greenway continues to reject their estimates but showed me that the issue is in the "common area" between the walls where *** has responsibility. Greenway is being negligent;l, with minimal follow up and essentially no transparency. they continue to tell me I must find the leak. We believe the leak is in the wall between my unit and the neighbor. We were also told by their contractor that it is a foundational issue as well as a misplaced gutter is**** All parties continue to tell me that this is ***/Greenway's responsibility and to **** I then received the attached email stating they do not have acceptable insurance coverage. I am asking for them to find and fix the leak and help pay for the replacement vanities and showers. I will cover the cost of the floors. I am also asking them to either get adequate insurance or pay the owners fair price to be able to sell our condos as they will be hard to sell without insurance.

            I, along with my fiance, are rental residents of one of the units in ********* Village Condominiums. I want to first say that our landlord is absolutely fantastic! They are super nice and have always been super helpful in anything and everything. Now, what I will say is that the property management group, Greenway Realty Management, is absolutely terrible. As of today, we received a notice from them stating that we need to remove OUR property from OUR landings, balconies, hallways, breezeways, stairwells and walkways or it will be FORCIBLY removed in 10 days time. I'm no lawyer, but isn't that illegal to take someone's property, especially if it is not, 1. In the way, 2. Hurting anyone, or 3. Bothering anyone in any way? Before we ever put anything anywhere, we always ask the other tenants in our building if they are okay with it. Not once has anyone said "no" or complained about it. And, if they were not okay with it, we would talk, like ADULT neighbours, because we are not ***** individuals that put up passive-aggressive notices on doors and walls (*cough cough* Greenway). This goes with all of the other issues that we have had Greenway, like: not providing us with a parking pass after asking multiple times; allowing the landscaping service people to blow all of their leaves and debris all over our porch; never responding to any emails and/or phone calls; and the various other issues like the front door of our collective building being broken most of the time. If anyone from Greenway does read this review (which they won't), feel free to respond and I'd be happy to give you some more proper feedback for your terrible services. Also, if there is anyone that starts to remove any type of property from us or our neighbours on the 21st of December, 2021, I will be here and will be calling the cops if needed.
