Programs

              

Our goal is to be a leader in the reduction of domestic abuse and sexual violence through preventative services, while maintaining our comprehensive programs that emphasize healing. What began as a one-bedroom apartment in 1977 by five women, is now a three-story facility that provides comprehensive services in one location. Programs include our Emergency Shelter program, a 24-hour crisis line, domestic violence and sexual assault counseling programs and support groups for women and their children, family-support counseling, Hispanic outreach, transitional living, legal advocacy, community education, employment counseling, and on-site childcare for children of women attending any one of these services.
