Programs

Grace Place Retreats offers retreats to professional church workers and spouses. Usually a 4-5 day retreat which is held at relaxing and beautiful resorts, retreat centers, lodges or parks around the United States. The goal of each retreat is to initiate healthy behavior and lifestyle through: Reflection: pausing to examine personal health and wholeness issues. Re-Tooling: with ever changing roles and challenges in ministry, continuing to learn new health skills, strategies and attitudes is essential to dealing with the myriad of chronic stress issues attacking the vibrancy of professional service. Rejuvenation: modeling healthy living through experiencing nutritious food, proper rest and scheduling, times of prayer and reflection on God’s Word, and the nurturing of fellow brothers and sisters in Christ, all contribute to the refreshment and continuation of joyful service as participants leave retreat for the harvest field. Returning to their vocations, they are encouraged to model health to those they serve.
