Services provided by Birthright, St. Louis include free and confidential pregnancy testing with immediate, accurate results; professional counseling (by master's level professionals); and related practical assistance including caring nonjudgmental listener support and reassurance; personal practical assistance and encouragement; information and referrals to helpful area resources; home visits to clients; emergency financial assistance; tuition assistance; donated medical care; maternity and baby clothing; gift cards for car seats and cribs; and any other assistance deemed necessary by the counselor, based on individual need and available resources.
