Programs

              

On Our Own of Charlottesville is a peer-run organization for and by individuals who have experienced significant problems in their lives due to a mental illness. All of our programs are focused on recovery, peer support, and wellness. Our programs include: the Peer Support Center - offers support groups and educational materials and classes; PACSS - a supportive services program designed to assist people where they are - mentally and physically; PATH - our homeless outreach program designed to assist individuals with mental illness who are homeless access mental health supports; and a liaison with Western State Hospital who works with patients introducing recovery.
