Programs

              

The organization issues a Silver Star Service Banner and certificate to every wounded and ill Soldier that meets qualifications, and requests one. SSFA is a Veterans Administration Volunteer Services board member. SSFA reports that it supports a least 50 V.A. hospitals across the country with care packages. Its hospice program provides Prayer Blankets to Veterans palliative care and has a game, food, card and letter writing team program.
