Injured Marine Semper Fi Fund (IMSFF) does not meet the following Standard for Charity Accountability.

Standard 4: Compensated Board Members - Not more than one or 10% (whichever is greater) directly or indirectly compensated person(s) serving as voting member(s) of the board. Compensated members shall not serve as the board's chair or treasurer.

IMSFF does not meet this Standard because:

  • Two (2) members out of the 12 member board of directors (17%) are paid staff members.

Programs

              

IMSFF provides financial assistance and quality of life solutions for Marines and Sailors, as well as members of the Army, Air Force and Coast Guard who have served in support of Marine forces, when they become injured in post 9-11 combat or training operations, and their families. The organization provides relief for financial needs that arise during hospitalization and recovery as well as perpetuating needs such as home modifications, transportation and equipment.
