Programs

              

Together with Episcopal, Anglican and ecumenical partners, ERD serves people in 40 countries throughout Latin America, Asia and Africa to help alleviate poverty and disease. ERD provides relief in times of disaster and promotes sustainable development by identifying and addressing the root causes of suffering. ERD’s programs work to ensure that people have available, affordable and nutritious food; addresses the root causes of poverty by creating income-earning opportunities for families; saves lives by promoting good health and fighting preventable diseases that kill millions of people each year; and provides critical assistance when disasters strike, helping rebuild devastated communities.
