Aidmatrix Foundation (Aidmatrix) does not meet the following Standard for Charity Accountability.

Standard 4: Compensated Board Members - Not more than one or 10% (whichever is greater) directly or indirectly compensated person(s) serving as voting member(s) of the board. Compensated members shall not serve as the board's chair or treasurer.

Aidmatrix does not meet this Standard because:

  • 2 members out of the 15 member board of directors (13%) are compensated. One is compensated directly as paid CEO  and the other indirectly as the father of a paid staff member.
Aidmatrix meets the remaining 19 Standards for Charity Accountability.

Programs

              

Aidmatrix builds and operates supply chain technologies that support stakeholder groups in their efforts to solve the world's humanitarian crises. Aidmatrix collects surplus products and goods including food, clothing, building supplies, medical or educational supplies, and cash. It also organizes the distribution of the goods to people in need through a network of charitable organizations on five continents.
