Programs

              

FAIR’s public education programs include a national news media outreach program that supplies background information to media outlets, appearing on television and radio news and analysis programs, and writing op-ed pieces for print media. FAIR’s website includes information on immigration topics from state impact data to national security to population growth. FAIR’s community outreach program provides public education at civic, educational, religious, and other institutional venues within the community, building awareness of immigration issues and empowering Americans to assert their proper role in determining the nation’s immigration future. FAIR’s government relations program conducts educational lobbying. FAIR reports that it has provided testimony before Congressional committees on a variety of immigration-related issues. Some ($569,113 or 9%) of FAIR's program expenses were conducted in conjunction with fundraising appeals.
