Programs

              

VOA is a spiritually based organization providing local human service programs through its 38 affiliate organizations. VOA (the National Organization) evaluates the programs of its affiliates, collects and reviews national data and trends regarding the types of services being provided, and looks at potential needs for new program initiatives. It prepares and distributes training support materials, publications, and public service announcements; organizes seminars; and oversees development of enterprises established to generate funding for program operations. VOA also assists its affiliates with matters ranging from spiritual leadership, human resource management, communications, and board development to salary administration planning and tax and legal issues ralated to fund raising.
