Programs

              

NFXF supplies free information, referrals and support through its website, monthly and quarterly email newsletters, and quarterly print journal for families and professionals. The organization also funds clinical and scientific research, organizes a bi-annual international conference for families and professionals, and works with a network of 37 parent support groups in the US. In 2006, the Fragile X Clinical and Research Consortium was established, which aims to provide state of the art clinical and medical treatment for all Americans (with a current focus on the inclusion of underserved populations), and establish a structure for collaborative research efforts, including drug trials for new and promising treatments.
