JFNA is a network of social services that represents and serves Jewish Federations and smaller, independent Jewish communities across North America. According to JFNA, they are dedicated to safeguarding and enhancing Jewish life and meeting the needs of Jews and non-Jews in North America and beyond. JFNA works to strengthen the bonds between Jews worldwide through its agencies that provide relief, rehabilitation, and rescue for Jewish communities. JFNA aims to offer a medium for the consideration of the common interests and problems of Jewish federations and other philanthropic and social agencies and activities, and to develop and implement standards, principles, and programs to address these concerns.
