Programs

              

Chimes programs are currently based in the District of Columbia and six states in the Mid-Atlantic region. Chimes and its affiliates sponsor training to prepare people with disabilities for job opportunities. Its network of group homes provide housing with varying levels of supervision, attuned to the severity and nature of the disabilities and contrasting needs of each individual. Chimes and its affiliates also offer courses for referred participants in such subjects as nutritional planning, hygiene, socialization, conflict resolution, and mobility and basic living skills. Additional services include counseling and treatment from professionals on the Chimes staff in the mental health and substance abuse fields.
