Programs

              

PDF awards grants to support research projects to find the causes and possible cures of Parkinson's disease. According to the organization, PDF has funded over $85 million worth of scientific research in Parkinson’s disease, and over $34 million worth of educational and advocacy programs to support people with Parkinson’s, their families and care partners. PDF also advocates for more public funding of Parkinson's research and provides educational information on its website as well as through seminars. Additionally, the Parkinson's Information Service provides information and referral services free of charge via phone and the organization's website.
