Members are required to comply with NAF's Clinical Policy Guidelines (CPGs). NAF provides ongoing accredited continuing medical education in all aspects of abortion care, which is available to physicians and other health care professionals. The organization also develops and publishes research-based educational materials about abortion care, including a clinical textbook and curricula. Security training, assessments, 24-hour emergency assistance, and on-the-ground support are provided to member clinics targeted for anti-abortion violence, disruption, and harassment.
