Programs

              

CFHI works to achieve sustainable solutions in healthcare services and disease prevention and emphasizes respect and understanding across cultures. According to the organization, it has more than 20 Global Health Immersion Programs operating in Bolivia, Ecuador, India, Mexico and South Africa. Through these programs, CFHI facilitates the coming together of international health science students who volunteer to learn from and help local medical professionals with the goal of creating a program base that utilizes the expertise within underserved communities and builds on local ownership. The organization also facilitates the sharing of medical resources, knowledge, and experience, giving priority to underserved communities.
