Friends of the Earth (FoE) meets the 20 Standards for Charity Accountability.

FoE works toward the sustainable and fair use of the Earth’s resources. The organization's work focuses on four key areas: climate and energy, economic policy, food and technology, and oceans. FoE seeks effective regulation of greenhouse gasses, fights solutions like nuclear power and corn ethanol biofuels, and promotes the use of new green technologies like plug-in electric hybrid vehicles. FoE's campaigns inform consumers about chemical and biotechnological safety issues in consumer products.
