Programs

              

BGCA aids and extends support to local Clubs in organizational planning, resource development, administration, facility design, property management, and marketing and communications. Key functions include developing and testing new programs for youth, assisting with quality program planning and evaluation, and addressing legislative and public policy issues affecting young people and the voluntary sector. BGCA also provides training, consultations and resource materials in areas such as volunteer recruitment, staff development, compensation/benefits administration, construction projects, and maintenance and safety issues.
