Programs

              

AC designs holistic programs for orphans and destitute children that provide for medical care, education, nutrition, and shelter needs. Its ongoing programs are in Kenya and China, and it has provided one-time assistance to children in about 25 countries. Furthermore, AC is involved in child sponsorship programs.

Child Sponsorship

              

AC's child sponsorship program operates in Kenya and China. Sponsorships range from $20 to $25 a month, and updates are sent a minimum of 2-3 times a year depending on the program. Children at the Humble Hearts School for the Deaf in Nairobi, Kenya receive a new uniform, lunch each school day, school supplies, and their tuition paid when they are sponsored.  Sponsored children in Kenya write letters to their sponsors 3 times a year, sponsors are given a progress report at least once a year, and updated pictures are emailed to sponsors at least once a year. Sponsorship programs in China provide girls in the Mama’s Wish program with the chance to attend high school. These girls write their sponsors twice a year and updates on their progress are received by sponsors twice a year at a minimum.
