Programs

              

CureSearch funds the research of the Children’s Oncology Group (COG), a cooperative children’s cancer research entity. Money raised supports bench-to-bedside research which includes developing studies, enrolling and treating patients and interpreting the results of the clinical trials. CureSearch reports that with more than 210 member hospitals worldwide and over 6,500 physicians, nurses and other researchers, COG hospitals treat 90% of children in the United States with cancer. CureSearch receives grants from the National Cancer Institute and raises funds through philanthropic donations from individuals, special events, corporations and private foundations.
