Programs

              

The carcinoid tumor, its syndromes, and several more rare neuroendocrine tumors and their syndromes are the areas of focus for CCF. The organization encourages, conducts, and supports research; provides information and educational materials for medical professionals, patients, and caregivers; provides grants for carcinoid-related research projects by other institutions and also for carcinoid support groups throughout the United States, based on resources/funds available; provides email and telephone support; conducts conferences to educate and raise awareness; works to improve access to accurate and up-to-date information; created and maintains a carcinoid and neuroendocrine tumor database; supports and encourages research and the sharing of data among physicians.
