Programs

               

Wayside Christian Mission operates emergency and transitional shelters and permanent supportive housing for homeless men, women, and families, a community food program serving over 1,500 meals daily, a state-licensed child development center for homeless preschoolers residing in any homeless shelter in Louisville, and a peer-model recovery program for homeless persons with substance abuse issues. Wayside Christian Mission also operates several programs to assist homeless individuals and families in regaining self-sufficiency. The organization also provides case managers in all shelters and facilities to assist clients in accessing needed services and programs.
