Highlands Community Ministries programs include child and adult day care, a wide array of services for the elderly, emergency financial assistance and a food pantry for low income individuals and families, recreational and leisure activities for children, youth, and adults, neighborhood development services, and subsidized housing for low income elderly and handicapped persons.
