Custom Quality Services (CQS) is a company that provides light assembly, packaging, premium fulfillment, and point-of-sale display assembly at reasonable costs and guaranteed on-time deliveries. This assembly and packaging work provides job opportunities to individuals, including individuals with disabilities, and provides them with a normalized yet supportive work environment. Individuals who work at CQS are continuously trained on new jobs, given opportunities to grow in their jobs, and learn transferable skills. This prepares them for job opportunities and creates a venue to mainstream them into the community.
