Programs

              

SeniorCare Experts programs include: Consultations, Information and Referrals -- provides solutions to help elderly people live at home longer; caregiver counseling; assessment and case management; referrals to community services. Home Delivered Meals -- Week day meals delivered by caring volunteers. Choices include: chilled, frozen or soup and sandwich. We also offer a lite meal and seasonal menus. No waiting list. Lifeline medical alert -- installing and servicing emergency assistance devices in the home of seniors. 24/7 monitoring, no contract. Home Care -- housekeeping services which may also include personal grooming, medications reminders, lite meal preparation, and grocery shopping. Transportation -- personal errands and medical appointments.
