Wednesday's Child recruits adoptive parents for special needs children, provides services for adoptive families including parent support groups, and provides support services and activities for special needs children waiting to be adopted. In addition, the agency serves as an advocate for special needs children and engages in activities that enhance community awareness of special needs children adoption issues.
