Programs

              

Our mission is to give people back the use of their eyes. We are committed to achieving this mission this through: RISE Research - A scientific publication is an important method of communicating research findings to other scientists around the world. Our faculty regularly publishes the results of corneal research studies in peer-reviewed journals and on our website, www.cornea.org. We conduct a minimum of 12 corneal research studies per year. Innovation – The recipient of numerous awards, the Foundation is recognized as a leader in cutting-edge innovations in surgery, physician educational programs and in vital clinical research that leads the way toward continual improvement and progress in the field of ophthalmology. Service to Humanity - Publishing our research findings on our website, and through educational presentations at international conferences, sharing our expertise and enthusiasm Education of doctors and patients - Doctors from some of the most prominent eye centers in the United States, including Johns Hopkins, Cleveland Clinic and Duke, have come to Indianapolis to take part in an advanced training course which includes live surgery and wet lab. We also host other education programs such as our annual optometrists’ seminar and patient awareness seminars, and we publish a quarterly newsletter for patients.
