The YMCA of Greater Houston is committed to improving the quality of life through programs and services which provide opportunities for people to reach their highest potential, develop a positive attitude of self and others, appreciate good health and fitness, acquire a value system, and maintain spiritual awareness. The YMCA is composed of 38 centers, 3 resident camps, and 281 childcare sites located throughout the Greater Houston Area. Specific services include the following: Aquatics, Camping, Child care, Health & Wellness, Youth Sports and Leadership, Teens, Families, International Programs, Residence Services, Refugee Resettlement and Case Management.
