Programs

               

Established in 1994, the Harris County Hospital District Foundation has raised in excess of $17.5 million for the Hospital District. The Foundation stages four events each year benefiting the hospital district and raising community awareness of the Hospital District outreach to the healthcare of uninsured and under insured members of the community. The Foundation also gives grants to various areas in the Hospital District as well as sponsoring grants from other organizations for different areas. It also acts as a pass through for various philanthropic events put on by various members of the staff.
