Programs

              

The Houston Area Women's Center provides the following services: Shelter & Support Services, Housing, Children's Court Services, Hotline, Counseling & Advocacy, and Education and Outreach Services. In 2012, they provided services to 57,000 persons affected by domestic/sexual violence, including shelter, counseling, advocacy and information. Education outreach programs served 36,000 persons, increasing community awareness and understanding of domestic/sexual violence.
