Leasing Operations: leasing of tenant improvement space in Texas Medical Center's approximately 600,000 and 68,000 sq. foot facilities for use by member institutions as offices, laboratories, and similar facilities in support of healthcare, research, and education. Food services: providing a multi-choice food court, cafe, and Italian restaurant for the convenience of Texas Medical Center visitors and employees. In 2010, they had about 160,000 daily visitors each day.
