Programs

              

The Friends of the Spring Branch-Memorial Library raise funds to purchase books, CD's, educational programs, and crafts for both children and adults for the library. The Friends of the Spring Branch-Memorial Library support the library which in turn provides the programs directly to patrons. The Spring Branch-Memorial Library last year had 17,059 regular borrowers who accounted for a circulation of 478,289. A large number of the books and CDs borrowed were provided by the Friends. During the summer of 2010, the library offered over 51 programs that reached over 1,700 area children. Many of those programs were funded partially or exclusively by the Friends.
