Programs

              

The Executive Service Corps of Houston (ESCH) provides management consultation to nonprofits. Senior level managers, executives and other professionals from the for-profit and the nonprofit sector, volunteer their time and expertise to help nonprofits operate more efficiently and become sustainable. Volunteers assist nonprofits to address infrastructure/management issues through individualized consultation projects including executive leadership coaching and educational management seminars. Assistance in 501 c-3 startup is also offered. In 2012, ESCH presented 38 seminars with 284 non-profits in attendance. 66 consultants contributed 5,915 volunteer hours providing consultation for 98 unique projects assisting 60 organizations. More extensive development training was presented to 10 non-profits over the course of the year.
