Urban Outreach, Inc. operates and maintains the following three major programs: Character Development in Schools Program, Apartment Ministry Program, and the Christian Summer Camping Program and the Summer Soccer Program. The Character Development in Schools Program is conducted during and after school hours for primary and secondary students. More than 400 students participated in 2012-2013. The program helps students develop life principles to assist them in differentiating right and wrong behavior. The Christian Summer Camping Program provides a week long Christian Camp experience for 200 youth age 8-18 at Camp of the Hills, near Austin. The Apartment Ministry Program serves hundreds of adults and children weekly in low income apartment projects in the Houston Metropolitan area, currently numbering 25, with emphasis on Spring Branch and the near north side, meeting the many needs of these families.
