The Domestic Violence Center and it's affiliated partner Bellflower Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse provide the following services: Emergency Shelter to victims of domestic violence, Justice System Advocacy, Supervised Visitation, Latina Outreach, Ujima Outreach, Community Support Groups, 24-hour HELPline, Teen Prevention and Education Programs, Youth Services, Youth, Adult and Group Counseling (for survivors of abuse) and Community Education.
