According to the charity, in 2009, Valley Interfaith Food & Clothing Center (VIFCC) provided almost 23,000 of individuals and families in need with food, clothing, financial assistance and other necessary services. Every 30 days individuals and families are provided with one complete clothing outfit and household items, which include pots and pans, towels, sheets, and dishes. In addition, every 30 days clients are able to choose food staples based on family needs at the Choice Food Pantry. VIFCC provides emergency financial assistance, which is limited to one time a year, to individual and families that are trying to forestall utility disconnection or eviction. The charity also provides funds for emergency medical prescriptions for life threatening illnesses. Bus tokens are provided to clients in order for them to obtain transportation to job interviews, doctors appointments, agency appointments, or educational purposes. Each client receives ten tokens per month.
The Back-to-School Program, designed to help students from needy families get a positive start on their academic year. VIFCC provides each student with new backpacks, new shoes, as well as school supplies and personal care products.
The Christmas Program provides food baskets, clothing, and toys to over 480 families representing over 1000 children. Congregations contribute to these programs via their own "sharing tree" donations. Recipients are provided with the ingredients for a holiday feast, as well as toys, clothing items, toiletries, mittens and gloves.
