Programs

              

The Brighton Center offers child development programs, which provide a safe environment to children six weeks to age 13. Child Development programs include five different services to the community: Bright Days Child Care Center, Family Day Care Satellite Program, HIPPY Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters, State Childcare Assistance, and United Way Childcare Assistance. While Community development programs partner with residents to identify and actively move toward a community that thrives economically and socially. Youth Services promote positive youth development and provides an array of services for at-risk youth and their families. The Employment Training Network works with youth and adults to train them for employment opportunities, develop job opportunities, and provide follow-up services. The Family Center builds long-term partnerships with individuals and families in an effort to achieve self-sufficiency. Services of the Family Center include Bright Futures (home visitation program), Every Child Succeeds (home visitation program for first time parents), family support, and quilting and sewing classes.
