The HealthCare Connection serves the health needs of all patients regardless of their ability to pay. Services offered at the HealthCare Connection include: pediatrics, family practice, internal medicine, obstetrics/gynecology, family planning, general surgery, midwifery, pharmacy, dental, social services, nutrition, case management, diagnostic laboratory, HIV testing, WIC, health education, interpreter services, and Medicaid eligibility assistance.
