Programs

              

Crossroad Health Center provides comprehensive health care services to adults and children. Services include annual health exams, immunizations, management of acute and chronic health problems, and mental health services. According to the organization, Crossroad Health Center provides healthcare services to approximately 6,500 patients in Over-the-Rhine and surrounding communities in Cincinnati's west side. The majority of patients served are low-income, uninsured, or under insured. Because many of the Hispanic patients do not speak English, a bi-lingual staff is available to help patients and their families understand diagnosis and treatments. Because approximately 30% of patients are underinsured, the Center offers a sliding fee scale payment schedule and no one is turned away due to their inability to pay for services. Crossroad Health Center does accept Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial health insurance. In December 2009, a second location was opened, Crossroad Pediatrics West.
