Programs

              

JOEC's Camp Joy partners with other agencies to provide a residential camp experience and follow-up weekend retreats or reunions to children living in poverty or low-income households. Medical camps address the special needs of grieving children and children with medical conditions, including cancer, heart conditions, hemophilia, sickle cell, muscular dystrophy, and juvenile arthritis. Day camps are non-residential camps that provide positive summer activities for children living in the communities surrounding JOEC. The Outdoor School Program transforms the classroom and academic curriculum into a hands-on learning experience. The Leadership and Development Program facilitates leadership training and team-building for businesses, organizations, universities, and high schools and provides financial support to the youth programs.
