First Look for Charity receives certain services from the Chicago Automobile Trade Association a related party through a common Board of Directors. The Association provides administrative services to the Foundation but no amounts are reported. The Association also provides catering for the charity night event at the Chicago Auto Show. The catering amounted to $409,630 and $372,123 for the event in 2011 and 2010, respectively.
