Programs

               

Conley Outreach Community Services provides three types of programming services: Grief Support, Community Services and Referral & Advocacy through the West Towns Network. Our grief services include 4 adult support groups, monthly family events, on-site crisis assistance, and a week-long grief day camp for children. Our Community Services include the Family Nurturing Program for families with special needs preschoolers, the Community Care Team (specially trained volunteers) and our emergency financial assistance programs--Holiday Spirit and the Good Samaritan Fund. The West Towns Human Services program provides referral and advocacy, linking area residents to over 80 health and human service agencies.
