Programs

              

Principal service activities include Headstart full and half-day programs, preschool, school age and parent education programs. Over 350 families are served between 250-270 days a year. Social Development programs include teen reach youth programs at Albany Park area elementary and high schools, life skills for youth, parenting and violence prevention for adults and housing assistance and referral programs. 300 families are served between 220-250 days a year. The education program includes literacy programs for adults and teens, citizenship classes and community technology programs 2200 individuals are served over 48 weeks a year. The workforce development department services veterans and others in locating jobs and preparing themselves to enter the workforce.
