Goodcity’s strategy is designed around partnerships, particularly with small nonprofits. Goodcity’s commitment is to ensure that they are trained, supported and nurtured during the vulnerable start-up period. The process usually takes between 3-5 years. Goodcity believes in taking an integrated and long-term approach to their sustainable development. To this end, Goodcity provides: Capacity Building: Goodcity takes an integrated and long-term approach to sustainable development. Program Development: Recruiting, training and nurturing of start-up organizations. Fiscal Services: Financial Management, Human Resource, and Accounting services for transparency and audits. Executive Coaching: Is motivational training that is aimed at helping entrepreneurs enhance their effectiveness to build their organizations. Workshops: Timely topics that support the growth and development of start-up organizations.
