Programs

              

Community Harvest collects perishable food from nearly 60 different grocery stores, caterers, restaurants and hospitals and delivers to 32 community-based organizations that provide basic needs services in the for of hunger prevention, shelter and education. They are the sole provider of food for hot meal programs for a large portion these sites, They are a "transporter program" so all the food they collect is delivered by a team of volunteers who work form 7:30 am to 2:00 pm Monday through Friday. Roughly 90% of our their donations and contributions are from individual donors and fundraising activities.
